Regulating tire pressure on the tractor and trailer – that is our main concept. As a supplier to well-known agricultural technology manufacturers, we are launching a new screw compressor, another component in our product range. “The consequences of soil compaction caused by growing machine weights are becoming more and more apparent. Tire pressure control technology is therefore used in order not to weaken the yield potential of the soil and, on the other hand, to make the operation of the machines more economical. Less tire pressure leads to less slip and thus less diesel consumption, more tractive power, less tire wear and improved ground pressure, ”says Michael Preuner – Development and Production The new screw compressor is attached directly to the tractor and supports the rapid filling of the tire pressure control system. The advantage lies in the compact design and the ideal price-performance ratio. With an output of 1000l / min, the compressor manages a filling from 0.8 to 1.5bar in 2.5 minutes with common tires of 650/65 R38 at the rear and 540/65 R28 at the front. – For comparison: filling with the tractor compressor would take more than 4 times as long. Further key data: Construction size (L / W / H): 377 x 400 x 566, compression capacity up to around 10bar, connection to load sensing and filling of third-party systems also possible.
